ARIZONA PUBLIC HEALTH ASSOCIATION

RESOLUTION – I
GRATITUDE

WHEREAS, the Arizona Public Health Association has held its 1965 meeting at the Ramada Inn in Tucson, Arizona, and

WHEREAS, the meeting was very successful due in great part to excellent of the program and local arrangements committees,

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Association extend its thanks to the Governor of the State of Arizona, the Mayor and Council of the City of Tucson, the Tucson Chamber of Commerce, to Mr. Phillip Hurley and Mr. Otto Fritz and their committees for their work on the program and local arrangements.

IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution be transmitted to the Governor of Arizona, the Honorable Sam Goddard, who very graciously appeared before this organization and explained his pro – tax reforms for the State of Arizona, and who also expressed his hope for a good Public Health Program in Arizona for the future.
