WHEREAS, the Arizona Public Heal.th Association endorses the concept that heal.th care is a right of all people, and
WHEREAS, there are influences within our society that seek to limit this right in specific areas, particularly in Family Planning (Birth Control.) Information and Services,
BE IT RESOLVED THAT the members of the Arizona Public Heal.th Association reaffirm that Family Planning (Birth Control.) is a component of heal.th, and such information and services be available to all individuals regardless of location, economics or age.
