RESOLUTION PROPOSED BY THE ARIZONA PUBLIC HEALTH ASSOCIATION

WHEREAS under the present law the public health is not adequately protected in the areas of meat and milk and,

WHEREAS meat and milk are potentially hazardous and highly perishable mainstays of the American diet.

BE IT RESOLVED that the Arizona Public Health Association urge the State Legislators to amend the existing laws and to delegate authority for meat and milk control to the ArizonaState Department of Health Services.
