Last week, CMS withdrew its prior approval of AHCCCS’ work reporting requirement (“AHCCCS Works”) Though the law requiring AHCCCS to request work reporting requirements remains on the books in our state, it’s great to know that we’re in the clear and that this harmful, expensive, burdensome requirement is officially not going anywhere (at least, for the next few years).
